The terms of use and legal conditions of Shop Design, under the management of Engineer Mohamed El-Sayed, for the design services of kitchens, dressing rooms, and luxury furniture. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Using this website and benefiting from its services constitutes an explicit acceptance by you of all the terms and conditions stated herein. The user must be legally eligible (of legal age) to make purchases and contracts through the store. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data they enter.
The measurement and consultation service includes a visit by specialized technicians from Shop Design to the client's location to accurately measure kitchen and dressing room spaces. The visit date is agreed upon in advance. In the event of the client's absence or the site not being ready, the company reserves the right to reschedule the appointment or apply a symbolic additional fee.
The contract is finalized upon approval of the final design and the price quote. A down payment of 50%% of the total project value is required to confirm the order. The remaining installments are divided into stages (Manufacturing phase, Preparation for shipping phase, and Final delivery phase). Each stage is documented in writing.
The client has the right to request modifications to the design within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of final design approval. After this period, once manufacturing in the factories has begun, no further modifications can be made. In case of cancellation before manufacturing begins, the down payment is fully refunded. However, after manufacturing has started, the down payment is non-refundable.
All engineering designs, drawings, displayed images, and logos of the Shop Design brand are the exclusive property of the company. No third party may copy, reproduce, or use them in any form without prior written consent from management. We are committed to protecting our intellectual property rights in accordance with local and international laws.
Shop Design is committed to delivering the project on the date agreed upon in the contract. However, the company is not responsible for any delays beyond its control due to force majeure circumstances (such as accidents, disasters, or supplier disruptions). Goods are inspected in the client's presence upon delivery, and the final clearance is handed over. Any damage or defect is recorded immediately and corrected for free within the warranty period.
